Ms. Sneha Kapadia, a student from SKIPS 2010-12 batch landed a job at Audi Ahmedabad through campus placement. Being a female in a male-dominated industry with no experience in automobile business was quite challenging for her. With grit and determination, she excelled in her work and is currently amongst the top 5 Sales Managers across India despite the diverse and changing market conditions. Having set a strong foundation for Audi’s corporate domain in Gujarat, she continued to focus on quality sales. Mr. Munshi got placed in Infoedge - Naukri.com through campus placements. He started his career as Senior Executive and in a span of three years he is handling key accounts in his company. His continuous efforts for achieving the company targets has led him achieve success. He always focused and aimed at achieving targets for which he was rewarded with trophies in his career. He was awarded in recognition of his distinguished sales performance and exemplary achievements in two different quarters in 2017-18 and 2018-19. He considers self-motivation as key to success in sales. Being a sports enthusiastic from college days, he believes that sports taught him discipline and constant effort in order to win. These two factors have always helped him in making continuous efforts to yield the expected results and never let him feel down. In addition, his management learning of and belief in ‘Customer is the King’, helped him building a strong relationship and solving problems which eventually helped him in doing more sales. Mr. Rao got placed in VCERP through college placements. In his initial work months, he realized that an ERP consultant requires to have a picture-perfect communication and managerial skills with an objective to provide a one-stop solution for business easiness and growth. According to him, the learning program at SKIPS helped him build the required industry skills and gradually he achieved high-performance standards which shaped him to become one of the few specialized consultants in greenfield ERP implementation on Project Management in Mining and EPC industries. He believes that the aptitude gained in management learning from SKIPS helped him write his success story in implementing ERP solutions for various industries which includes RETAIL, AUTOMOBILE, MANUFACTURING, and MINING & EPC industries in a short span of time.
In the initial phase of career, GST was introduced in the Indian Economy where the understanding of managerial economy was at utmost priority. He implemented GST scenarios in ERP for 40 operational customers in all kinds of industries. The organisation later recognized his contribution to implementing of GST by awarding “GST Hero Award” in July 2017 and “Rising Star Award” in the same year. The learning momentum and endless efforts helped him in expanding the horizon in advanced software technology by acquiring “19 ERP certification”. Adding to the accomplishments, he was one of the selected individuals as ERP consultant to edifice complex Project Management in Power and Infrastructure sector which is funded by World Bank for development in AFRICA. He is thankful to the SKIPS management and faculties to train and educate with such managerial learning which helped him groom and build a strong path to a successful career. Vaishakhi Shah, has dual specialisation in Finance and Marketing and she has done her Masters in Commerce (M.Com). Ever since her journey has been to and fro. She was always more inclined and focused on academics as she wanted to achieve accolades in life and taste success. While studying, she found that she got a passion to learn new languages, so she did a certified French Language course at Alliance Française. Later, she got the golden opportunity to get hands-on experience as a finance Intern under Financial Advisory Panel at Deloitte. Finally, all her efforts paid off with excellence and she passed out with flying colors and added medals, trophies along with distinction grade. In line with her passion of studying, she went to the University of Westminster, Central London to pursue MSc in Finance & Accounting. Post IELTS she finally got admission to this university. Studying abroad had always been a dream for her and thus, there her journey was memorable had a chance to share knowledge with the cosmopolitan crowd, know-hows of foreign techniques and Bloomberg Software.
Her work front has also been good. She has been working with an MNC and handling foreign projects where she has always achieved lot of appreciation and various awards to her credit. So far her journey has been like roller-coaster ride but she always kept motivating herself to achieve and were pleased for what she achieved so far. We wish her success in life ahead.

Mr. Aditya Gajra is an Optimist, adaptive to changing nature of the work and has a knack for challenging work tasks.
