PURPOSE

SKIPS Alumni Association serves as a networking channel for our alumni, thereby enabling them to stay in touch with each other and the institute. The Purpose of the association is to serve as a vehicle that will strive for continual improvement of alumni on an individual and collective basis through the process of networking and role modeling. Each alumnus plays role of the ambassadors supporting the vision & mission of SKIPS.

Aims and Objectives of the Association shall be:

1. To Bring the old students of St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies under one forum for exchange of experience, dissemination of knowledge and talents amongst its members and also for the furtherance of fellowship, advancement of knowledge in general of the members of the Association and country.
2. To conduct seminars, conferences, workshops, endowment lectures and other academic activities which contribute in pursuing and sustaining excellence in management education by interaction between the alumni, the faculty and the present students.
3. To strengthen the industry – institute connect.
4. To create and establish Alumni endowments for granting scholarships, prizes and medals to the students showing high proficiency in their studies and honor former students of the Institution.
5. To bring out magazines, souvenirs and newsletters highlighting the activities of the Institution and its Alumni.
6. To organize academic, curricular, extracurricular and placement related activities.
7. To provide career guidance to the alumni and be instrumental in their career growth.
