The grand Garba night was held on October 18th, 2015, as it is every year. Ramzat 2015 is organised by the St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies along with the St. Kabir Alumni Association. #SKIPS-best pgdm colleges in gujarat follows the tradition of celebrating the festival of Navratri with enthusiasm and devotion, full of lights, joy and festivities. The evening started with Aarti, worshipping goddess Durga Maa to destroy evil and seek her blessings for success and prosperity. Every year, this event is celebrated on a very grand scale, which increases the enthusiasm among pgdm students, staff members, and invitees.
It’s that time of the year when the sounds of dhol and the clapping of dandiya sticks are heard and feet-tapping music gets us all grooving to some of the most delectable traditional Gujarati garba numbers. With lots of enthusiasm, hundreds of pgdm students, dressed traditionally, swirled to the melodious tunes of Dandiya music, keeping up the heat of the city alive. It left no one untouched at pgdm college in ahmedabad-St. Kabir’s lawns, with everyone partaking in the mix of dance. The garba night also saw some of the prizes which were given by our guest of honour in four categories, viz., Best Dressed-Male & Female, and Best Performer- Male & Female.
With much celebrated fervor, Ramzat 2016 is eagerly awaited now.
