Batch 2013-15 of St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies were taken on an industrial visit on 24th January, 2014 to Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. RMTL graciously accepted the request of SKIPS to visit their factory in Chattral, Gujarat which helped the mba admission in ahmedabad students to get first-hand experience of the steel pipe manufacturing process.
On reaching the factory, PGDM students were briefed about the company and its departments and were taken to the floor where they were shown the different stages of stainless steel pipe production. PGDM students eagerly interacted with the company delegates, who in turn helped pgdm students understand the workings of the company. PGDM admission students learned a lot about the steel pipe industry’s best manufacturing practices. This would help them understand management concepts in the classroom.
