On June 17th, 2017, St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies – ahmedabad mba colleges hosted a guest lecture by Mr. Anirban Banerjee, DGM-L &D with Adani Group, who spoke about the Essentials for Management Students and Professionals. In his address to the students, Mr. Anirban pointed out that the most successful organisations are about the social skills of their employees. He also enlisted the top skills in demand according to the World Economic Forum, such as Complex Problem Solving, People Management, Emotional Intelligence, Service Orientation, and Cognitive Flexibility, while elucidating their significance in the corporate world. He motivated the MBA Colleges ahmedabad students to learn from their failures and said that our attitude, skills, and knowledge help us achieve success. It was an interactive session that turned out to be very fruitful for the students.
