IIF Guest Lecture by Mr. Amit Khanna on ‘HR career in the changing Economic scenario’ in #SKIPS – MBA College ahmedabad
On 23rd September 2017, to elucidate the idea of #HumanResource (#HR) scope for #management students, SKIPS – mba ahmedabad hosted a guest lecture session as a part of Industry Interaction Forum on ‘HR career in the changing Economic scenario’ by Mr. Amit Khanna, the associate HR at ‘Ford India Pvt. Ltd’. He initiated the session by brainstorming the ideas through student interaction. He unfolded all the HR myths in current times and explained them with actual expectations from industry with reference to evolution and functions of HR. He provided core knowledge on recent trends in HR, starting from Talent Acquisition, Business Planning, Learning & Development, Maintaining Employee Relations and Administrative Service. At the end, he motivated students to have Conviction, Passion, and Dedication in their work and also to get self-evolved by being unique in the present challenging era.
