As an exercise to boost the industry knowledge of the pgdm students, an initiative of Colloquium was undertaken by arranging the presentation on Banking Industry in the auditorium at St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies–top management colleges in ahmedabad on 1st September, 2015. The pgdm student teams from both the divisions made the presentation on the banking industry, covering various aspects such as evolution of the banking industry, PESTEL analysis, competitor analysis, 4Ps and 7Ps, SWOT analysis, and financial performance of the selected banks.
The presentation was followed by a question-and-answer session from the best management colleges in ahmedabad students to both the teams. The colloquium was keenly contested by both teams. The team from division B emerged as the winner for the Round One.
