Dr. Shantanu Mehta, Currently Director at SKIPS, is a chartered accountant by profession and holds a doctorate in finance. He has over 30 years of work experience with 22 years on industrial side and 8 years in academics. He worked with organizations like UTI, GSFC, NSE Broker and Merchant Banker. He was full time faculty with Nirma Institute of Management and also served IIMA, S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies, NIAM (Jaipur) & Institute of Petroleum Management (Gandhinagar) as visiting faculty.He is recognized guide for PhD programme and 3 students have been awarded PhD under him. He is a corporate trainer and has conducted training programme for MP SEZ, Zydus Cadila, Nirma Ltd, ONGC and Indian Air Force. He has completed 2 major consulting assignments also. He has authored 2 books and presented papers and cases at various seminars |

Dr. Ravi Gor was invited as visiting scholar and then subsequently as a Post Doctoral Fellow by Faculty of Business Administration, University of New Brunswick, Canada where he carried out research on risk sharing models in the supply chain. He has published academic research papers in 15 reputed international and national journals and also several book chapters. He has published 6 books nationally and internationally four of which are used as course texts in the areas of management, engineering and computer science. Previous to joining SKIPS, he was Associate Dean, Faculty & Academic Coordinator, ICFAI Business School; Ahmedabad, Head, Mathematics Department, Science College, Dholka. He has been a Guest/visiting faculty for PG Programs/ FDPs/EDPs at leading b-schools like B K School of Business Management; Rollwala Computer Centre, Gujarat University; School of Petroleum management, PDPU, Gandhinagar; and workshops conducted by ORSI at IIM Ahmedabad. He has chaired academic and faculty recruitment panels; presented papers at management conferences/workshops; and is associated with many professional bodies.

Dr. Raashid Saiyed is a Professor in marketing area facilitating learning of Consumer Behaviour in context of Marketing Strategy and Creating Knowledge Structures in Mind with respect to brands and this is his 15th year in full time postgraduate management teaching. He holds a doctorate for explicating nature of brand building and is currently attempting to explore human nature as reflected in liking of people, objects and ideas with respect to meaning creation in mind and its transference. Prior to joining St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies, he has held core faculty positions at ITM Business School Warangal, IBS Ahmedabad, BGSB University, Rajouri and Tolani Institute of Management Studies, Adipur. He has also been associated with IIM Shillong, Centre for Entrepreneurship & Management Development, Surat and Department of Business & Industrial Management, South Gujarat University, Surat as visiting faculty member. Prior to joining SKIPS, he worked as Associate Faculty with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI). Prof. Joshi blends practice and academics in his teaching style for effective learning. He is An Accredited Management Teacher (AMT), certified by All India Management Association (AIMA), member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and Member of AIMA. He has published several articles, papers and book reviews in leading management journals; and participated in management conferences/workshops. He has contributed management cases to European Case Clearing House (ECCH). He participated in three months Faculty Development Program at Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He is trained in ‘Case Method of Teaching’ by Prof. Kamran Kashani, Professor of Marketing, IMD Switzerland. He has been invited by many institutes of repute to deliver guest / visiting sessions. Dr. Joshi offers short duration workshops, executive / management development programs, and case method of teaching workshops.
