Col Vinod Kumar (Retd), Chairman, is a BE (Mech), MSc and FIE. He had a distinguished career in the Indian Army for over two decades. On voluntary retirement from Army, he and his wife, Mrs Shubhra Kumar, an accomplished educationist and English School Principal, founded and led an outstanding educational endeavor, St Kabir Education in 1985. St. Kabir is recognized as an outstanding group of institutions for exceptional quality with four campuses, over 6500 students and 500 teachers.
St.Kabir Schools were ranked FIRST in Western Region and FIFTH in India by EW-IMRB International Survey of Most Respected Schools in 2007. |

Mr Sunil R Parekh is a BTech (Mech) from IIT-Delhi. He is Strategic Advisor, Zydus Group, Jubilant Organosys, Monitor Group, Crisil and Suzlon Energy. He is involved with Vibrant Gujarat 2011 and on Board of Innovation Business Incubators at NDBI, NID, CIIE at IIMA, GIDR, CERC, Grass Root Innovation GIAN, IIMA, Technopreunership Initiative, IDMA, CII (Chairman, Task Force on Infrastructure), FICCI, Assocham, GCCI (Chairman, Industry Committee), TiE and AMA. He is affiliated to School of Planning, CEPT, as Adjunct Faculty, Board of Studies; Calorx Foundation: IBS, Ahmedabad; Indo-American Education Society: Education Support Program; CEE; and National Resource Centre. He is founder-member of Gujarat First; and currently engaged in developing a Museum of Medicine in Gujarat besides many other roles. |

Dr DM Pestonjee is MA (Psychology); PhD (Industrial Psychology) from Aligarh Muslim University and D Litt (Honoris Causa) from Banaras Hindu University. He was L&T Chair Professor of Organizational Behavior and Chairman, OB Area, IIMA; and has over four decades of teaching experience. He is Honorary Professor, Albert Schweitzer International University, Geneva, Switzerland. Dr Pestonjee was research guide to 18 candidates for PhD. He is author/co-author of over 100 research articles and 10 books including 'Organization Structure and Job Attitudes', 'Behavioral Processes in Organization', 'Second Handbook of Psychological and Social Instruments', 'Third Handbook of Psychological and Social Instruments', 'Studies in Organizational Roles and Stress and Coping', and 'Studies in Stress and Its Management '. |

Dr VV Rama Subba Rao IAS (Retd) is MA (Economics), MSc (Statistics), LLB and PhD in Political Economy (Harvard University). He taught Micro-economics, Decision Analysis and Statistics at MPA Program at Harvard. He was Mason Fellow and received MPA from John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. During his 36 years in IAS, he held key positions in Govt of Gujarat and Govt of India including Principal Secretary and Additional Chief Secretary. He has extensive experience in public sector organizations as Director, Managing Director and Chairman besides carrying out negotiations with international organi-zations like World Bank and Asian Development Bank. He is keenly interested in Information Technology and currently engaged in pursuing interests in academic activities. |

Dr JP Singh is a Fulbright scholar with PhD (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) from University of Akron, Ohio. He was Professor, International Management, IIMA, and currently a freelance management consultant, trainer and education counselor. His fields of specialization are Industrial Growth, Leadership and Corporate Governance. Earlier, Dr Singh taught at University of Delhi and served as Manager (Corporate Personnel) and was Director & Chief Consultant with National Productivity Organization. He has published widely and carried out projects and assignments on behalf of international organizations. His consultancy assignments covered engineering, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical, banking and tourism, NGOs and Government organizations. He is associated with management education, consumer protection, health hazards research and heritage consideration issues. |

Prof DD Trivedi is MCom from Gujarat University. He has over fifty years of teaching experience in leading institutions. Currently, he is Distinguished Visiting Faculty at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. He taught at IIMA, MDI, AMA, Bank of Baroda and UTI Institute of Capital Markets. He was also the Head, Department of Management, HL College of Commerce.
A Past President of AMA, Prof Trivedi is consultant to companies on corporate finance, business strategy and other management areas. He had also undertaken international consultancy assignments in Dhaka, Dubai, Muscat and functioned as Director on board of companies; Member, Board of Studies; Dean, Faculty of Commerce, Gujarat University, as well as in other institutions. |

Dr Shantanu Mehta (Director & Professor) is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Ph. D.
He has 3 decades experience out of which, 22 years in industry, mainly in financial institutions and capital market intermediatory and 8 years teaching experience at postgraduate in business management at Nirma University, Institute of Management.
He worked with GSFC, UTI, NSE stockbroker, and a merchant banker. He has hard-core experience in area of accounts, project appraisal, mutual funds, money market, stock broking, IPO and private placement of equity and venture capital. He has completed consultancy assignments on capital market related issues and conducted training programmes for many corporate including Nirma Ltd., ONGC, Intas Pharma, Indian Air Force and MPSEZ. He is a visiting faculty at Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad (IIMA), SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, National Institute of Agricultural Marketing, Jaipur and Institute of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar (IPMG) He has authored 2 books on Sustaining Shareholder Value. His area of interest is capital market, investors’ education, accounting reports and management control systems. |

Dr Ravi Gor (Dean - Academics, SKIPS) is MSc, PhD, and PGDOM. He has over 15 years experience in teaching and research and a strong background in applied mathematics. He was Visiting Scholar and Post Doctoral Fellow at Faculty of Business Administration, University of New Brunswick, Canada. Dr Gor was Associate Dean, Faculty and Academic Coordinator, ICFAI Business School; Head, Mathematics Department, Science College, Dholka, as well as Guest Faculty at PGPs, FDPs and EDPs at leading b-schools like IIMA and ORSI. He authored or co-authored 10 books and chapters and research papers; and chaired panels; presented papers at conferences and workshops. He published research papers in reputed international and national journals. |
